Creator Andris Gauracs stated that the game is entirely non-commercial, and a sole fan project. Permission to create a game based on KC Green’s project was not asked prior. However, credit was sourced everywhere applicable both within the game release and the socials the game was shared.
Gauracs also mentioned that any political or otherwise sensitive topics tied to this meme are not reflected within the game, and an effort was made to not tie this game to such topics.
